Group booking conditions

The minimum number of group bookings is 6 people. If there are fewer of you, book the kayaking directly from the booking calendar: rental kayaking or guided kayaking.

The customer can cancel the booking without charge 2 weeks before the agreed date

Cancellations made after the two-week deadline will be charged 50% of the reservation amount

Cancellations made after 7 days before agreed upon date, will be charger 100 % of the reservation amount

Strong winds, thunder, continuous heavy rain and thick fog on the day of paddling lead to the postponement of the reservation for safety reasons. The transfer date is agreed separately for the same calendar year. If no suitable date is found, there will be no costs for the customer.
